Safe Harbor Provisions

Results are safe and secure

All enetrix® surveys for state medical societies are administered according to the following business rules:
  • The role of a third-party administrator will be fulfilled by enetrix.
  • Except in certain agreed-upon cases, individual data generally will not be disclosed in any way that identifies an individual with his or her response.
  • Information reported as the result of any survey will be at least 90 days old.
  • There will be at least five respondents for each data point.
  • Data will be aggregated, and no organization will represent more than 25 percent of the respondents without appropriate statistical weighting to offset the over-representation.
  • In general, data reporting will be historic; any reporting of trends will be generalized.
  • Survey participation will be voluntary.
