e-Vote by enetrix® is ideal for conducting board elections, amending bylaws changes, and other common issues that require your members to vote.e-Vote elections are hosted on an enetrix secure server, and we administer the election.
You simply select an appropriate balloting format based on templates developed by enetrix specialists. These can include your candidates' photos, bios, resumes, position statements, and more.
e-Vote elections can be branded at no extra cost with your logo and background colors to evoke the look & feel of your organization.
Ballots will be distributed by enetrix to the email list you provide of your eligible voters. The login will be set up as a standalone process using a unique identifier provided by your organization. Alternatively, a different type of login can be arranged for additional fees.
Email reminders will be sent by enetrix to all eligible members who haven't voted prior to the close of the election. Upon the close of the election, enetrix will provide you with a summative report listing winners and other information.
