Ric Cederholm, Survey Research Manager & Business Development
Ric Cederholm specializes in the development, design, and statistical analysis of online survey applications for enetrix. He has over ten years of survey management experience, seven of which is direct experience with online survey collection, and has directed dozens of online and paper-based survey projects. He leads the enetrix survey research operations team.

Prior to joining enetrix in April of 2005, he was the Assessment Practice Manager for the Center for Organization Effectiveness/Surveysbydesign.com, a firm that specialized in organizational development related assessments (360-degree feedback, employee opinion, knowledge/skills inventory). While at the Center, he established the online survey practice by partnering with enetrix to design the 360-degree feedback data collection and reporting process. In February 2002, he was featured in a Fortune Small Business magazine article entitled "Digital Makeover: Surveying Better Polling Options".

Prior to the Center, Ric was a part of the healthcare consulting practice for Ernst & Young, LLP, in Los Angeles, CA. While part of Ernst and Young, Ric served as the lead analyst and project manager for over a dozen national and regional healthcare compensation and benefit surveys.

Ric has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University in Mankato and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.

Joe F. Sirianni, Jr, Survey Operations & Business Development
Mr. Sirianni has more than 25 years experience in merchandising, marketing, product development, brand building, global sourcing, and general management in both specialty retail stores and direct-mail catalog channels of distribution. He has served as vice president of several leading corporations including Office Depot, Lands' End, and Hartmarx. Mr. Sirianni received a B.B.A. from the University of Houston.


Jody McDonough, Global Technology Architect
With more than 15 years in the information technology industry, Mr. McDonough has served in every level of enterprise technology including UNIX System Admin., Oracle® DBA, Oracle Developer, IS Manager, VP of Corporate IT Direction, and VP of Development. Mr. McDonough's development experience includes complete ERP package development and implementation by a dozen companies nationwide, development of web-based applications, and eBusiness consulting and development. He attended Milwaukee School of Engineering for two years and received a Bachelor's degree from Cardinal Stritch College in Business Management.

Lisa Bauer, Director of Technology

Charles E. Carlson, CCP, Strategic Consultant
With more than 25 years experience as a human resource consultant to public, private, and not-for-profit employers, Mr. Carlson is uniquely qualified to help clients find appropriate and reasonable solutions for their business. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, personnel policy development, organizational design, staffing and management, and supervisory training. Mr Carlson holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed extensive additional graduate work at the Industrial Relations Research Institute, University of Wisconsin-Madison, B.A., University of Illinois-Urbana, Political Science and Economics.

Scott Dettmann, Strategic Consultant
Mr. Dettmann has extensive experience in human resources management with several nationally known manufacturing and service concerns. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
