enetrix is searching for outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable Web-based tools for our survey management system. Our web developers work closely with our project managers, Oracle development staff, graphic designer and database administrators to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies.

• Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Work with Graphic Designer and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations.
• Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
• Engage in creative thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
• Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for our survey management system.

• BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
• 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, Java, XML or JSP
• 1 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL,
  MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL
• Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
• Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
• Self-starter with strong self-management and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and communication.

enetrix is seeking a candidate that will participate in the development lifecycle from initial customer proposal development thru managing the development effort, and third party design partners. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.

• Develops project plans, goals, and budgets; identifies resources needed, develops
  schedules and methods for measuring results.
• Oversees day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

• Possesses high-level understanding in the areas of application programming, database
  and system design.
• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and associated architectures.
• Skill in planning and preparing written communication.
• Skill in working with groups to build consensus.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or
  related field AND two years project management experience in an Information
  Technology environment; OR,
• Four years project management experience in an Information Technology envirnment;

• Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by enetrix
